Who can I contact for technical advice ?
If you require advice about any aspect of our operation please call our contact number. our staff will be happy to connect you with someone appropriate to answer your question.
Further advice is available regarding laboratory and site testing as well as test results and their implication.
Where can I find a copy of your risk assessments and method statements ?
A call to our office will be sufficient as our staff are more than happy to provide you with all you need.
Although generic method statements are written for all of our test procedures, risk assessments tend to be site/project specific and the base documents are reworked to include the peculiarities of the site in question.
What notice do I need to give to cancel a booking ?
If you can give us greater than 16 hours notice of cancellation you will not incur a charge but of course we would appreciate as much notice as possible.
We need to create an entrance to our new development and the Local Authority have instructed us to take cores from the existing road for visual assessment. Can you provide this service together with the appropriate traffic management and all relevant permits ?
Yes, we can extract the cores and are UKAS accredited for photographic core logs in accordance with BS EN 12697:36.
We can also provide traffic management and apply for the required road space booking and section 171 licence.
How quickly can you turnaround laboratory tests as my client won’t pay me until Ihave sent these across to him ?
Our standard turnaround on laboratory samples is ten working days. however, we can, in most cases, provide an express service to suit the needs of your business. These are generally five, three and one day services as appropriate. Some tests take longer than others and adherence to the standards means the timescale cannot be shortened.
